  • How are the plants delivered?

    Plants are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. Depending on the delivery date you select, orders received by 10 am PST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10am PST, will be shipped the following day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

    Please Note: All plants are delivered without a signature required. This means that they are left at the residence or place of business of the recipient if they are not there to sign for it.

  • How do you calculate shipping costs?

    In an effort to provide value to customers, our shipping rates are among the most reasonable in the industry.
    We offer flat rate shipping, which is determined by the level of service provided.
    Standard Delivery: (2-day) $16.99
    Express Delivery: (1-day) $26.99
    Saturday Delivery: $36.99

  • How can I see my order status?

    As soon as you submit an order you can view your order status from your My Account Page, which offers real time status on your order. It also includes of your past and present ordering information, including tracking numbers. You can check it anytime.

    On the day we ship your order, a confirmation email containing all necessary tracking information will be sent to the address you provided us. You may use this information to check the status of your package in transit.

  • How can I change an order?

    Please contact our customer service department via email at, or call 1-888-320-0631. We will be happy to change or cancel any order as long as we receive the change before 10 am PST on the day of shipping.

  • What is your guarantee?

    All live plant products have a 7-Day Freshness Guarantee and we will gladly replace any plant should it expire within a week of arrival.

    If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any non-plant item within 30 days of receipt for replacement, full reimbursement, or credit for 100% of the value.
